Touring involves coordinating with a lot of people — booking agents, managers, promoters, venue production staff, and more. Roadcase gives you a centralized contact database so your team always knows who to reach out to and how.

Contact types

Contacts in Roadcase can represent anyone your team works with on a regular basis:
  • Booking agents who route your tours
  • Managers and business contacts
  • Venue contacts like talent buyers, production managers, and box office staff
  • Promoters and local production reps
  • Label contacts, publicists, and other industry professionals

Adding contacts

You can add contacts in two ways:
  1. From a venue — When editing a venue, add contacts directly to that venue’s contact list. These contacts are automatically available when you book a show at that venue.
  2. Inline during advancing — When preparing an advance for a show, you can add new contacts on the fly.

Venue-linked contacts

Contacts associated with a venue carry over to every show at that venue. This means once you have added a venue’s talent buyer or production manager, that information is ready to go the next time you play the same room.
When you advance a show, Roadcase makes venue contacts available for sharing advance details. Build out your venue contacts over time and you will spend less effort tracking down the right person for each show.

Using contacts in advances

When you share an Advance for a show, you can select from the venue’s contacts to send advance information to. This streamlines the advance process and ensures the right people receive the technical and logistical details they need.
