Setting up your branding

1

Navigate to artist settings

Go to Settings > Profile for the artist you want to brand.
2

Upload your profile picture

This is the image that represents your artist across the Roadcase interface. It appears in the artist switcher and alongside your events.
3

Upload your logo

Your logo appears on every generated PDF — settlements, riders, stage plots, guest lists, and day sheets. It also appears on shared advance pages that venues see.
4

Choose your avatar color

Pick one of 16 colors. This color is used to identify your artist’s events on the calendar, especially useful when you belong to multiple artists and need to tell events apart at a glance.

Logo on PDFs

When you upload a logo, it is automatically included on every PDF that Roadcase generates for your artist: This gives your documents a professional, branded look when shared with venues, promoters, and business contacts.
Use a logo with a transparent background so it looks clean on the white PDF pages. SVG or transparent PNG formats work best.

Hero image for your EPK

The hero image is a large banner that appears at the top of your Electronic Press Kit. This is your chance to make a strong visual impression — use a high-quality live photo, press shot, or album artwork.

Multi-artist branding

If you belong to multiple artists, each one has its own independent branding. Different logos, colors, and images ensure that each act maintains its own visual identity across all generated documents and shared pages.
Avatar colors are especially important when managing multiple artists. The calendar uses these colors to distinguish between artists, so choose distinct colors for each act.
