The Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is a public-facing artist profile page that you can share with venues, promoters, press, and fans. It serves as a professional one-stop destination for everything someone needs to know about your act.

Setting up your EPK

  1. Navigate to EPK in the sidebar
  2. Toggle the EPK to Enabled
  3. Set your custom URL slug (e.g., your-band-name)
  4. Fill in your content
Your EPK is publicly accessible at a URL like https://app.roadcase.com/epk/your-band-name. No login is required for visitors.

Add embeddable media from platforms like:

Enter the embed URL and Roadcase renders it on your EPK page.

Showcase press coverage with quotes from reviews, interviews, and features:

Upload photos with captions and set their display order. Photos are displayed in a gallery format on the EPK page. Add video URLs (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) to showcase music videos, live performances, and behind-the-scenes content.

Upload files that visitors can download directly from your EPK:

Contact directory

Select which artist contacts should be visible on the EPK. Toggle visibility per contact — for example, show your booking agent and publicist but hide your attorney.

Enabling and disabling

Toggle your EPK on or off at any time. When disabled, the public URL returns a 404 page. Your content is preserved and will reappear when you re-enable.

Custom URL

Your EPK URL slug must be unique across all Roadcase artists. Choose something recognizable — typically your artist name in lowercase with hyphens. Example: https://app.roadcase.com/epk/the-midnight-travelers

Sharing your EPK

Copy the EPK URL and share it anywhere:
  • In booking emails to venues and promoters
  • On your social media profiles
  • In press pitches to journalists
  • On your website as a press page link
