What you can export

Branding
Every exported PDF automatically includes your artist logo if one has been uploaded in Settings > Profile. This gives your documents a professional, branded appearance when shared with venues, promoters, and business contacts.Common uses
PDF exports are designed for the real-world moments when you need a physical or shareable document:- Settlements — Hand a printed settlement to the promoter at the end of the night, or email it to your accountant
- Guest lists — Print the guest list and leave it at the box office or with the door person
- Day sheets — Distribute to the band and crew so everyone knows the day’s timeline
- Setlists — Tape to the stage floor, hand to the sound engineer, or keep for your records
Generating a PDF
Go to the relevant tab
Open the Settlement, Guest list, Schedule, or Setlist tab depending on which document you need.
PDF exports reflect the current state of the data at the time of export. If you update information after exporting, generate a new PDF to get the latest version.
