Organizations let you manage multiple artists from a centralized account. This is designed for management companies, record labels, booking agencies, and collectives that oversee several acts.

How organizations work

An organization is a container that links multiple Roadcase artists together. Organization members can access all linked artists without needing individual invitations to each one.
Organization (e.g., "Acme Music Management")
├── Artist A (e.g., "The Roadrunners")
├── Artist B (e.g., "Desert Foxes")
└── Artist C (e.g., "Canyon Echo")

Creating an organization

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization
  2. Click Create organization
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. Start linking artists
Only artist administrators can link their artist to an organization.

Organization roles

Organizations have their own role system:
RoleAccess
Organization adminFull access to all linked artists, can invite members, manage organization settings
Organization memberAccess to specific artists they have been granted access to

How organization roles interact with artist roles

When a user accesses an artist through an organization, they receive a role override for that artist. This means an organization admin can have administrator access to an artist even if they were not originally part of that artist’s team.

Inviting organization members

Organization admins can invite people to the organization:
  1. Go to your organization settings
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email and select which artists they should have access to
  4. Choose their organization role (admin or member)
The invited person receives an email invitation. When they accept, they gain access to the specified artists.

Cross-artist calendar

One of the key benefits of organizations is the ability to see events across all linked artists on a single calendar. This makes it easy to:
  • Spot scheduling conflicts across your roster
  • Plan tours that avoid overlapping dates between your acts
  • Get a high-level view of all upcoming activity

Linking and unlinking artists

To link an artist to your organization:
  1. Navigate to your organization settings
  2. Click Link artist
  3. Select the artist to link
To unlink an artist, use the same settings page. Unlinking does not delete any data — it simply removes the organizational association.
Unlinking an artist revokes access for any organization members who were accessing that artist through the organization. Make sure to add them directly to the artist’s team first if they need continued access.
