Authentication

The mobile app uses token-based authentication. When you sign in, a secure API token is created for your device. The token tracks:
  • Device name and type
  • Last used timestamp
  • Expiration
Your session remains active until you explicitly sign out or the token expires.

Push notifications

Enable push notifications during setup to stay informed while away from your computer. The app supports all the same notification types as the web app. See Notifications for details on configuring what notifications you receive.

Offline access

The mobile app requires an internet connection for most operations. Content that has been previously loaded may be viewable offline, but creating, editing, and syncing data requires connectivity.
