Roadcase billing is managed through Stripe. Each artist has its own subscription, and billing settings live under your artist’s management page.

Viewing your plan

Navigate to Settings > Billing to see:
  • Your current plan (Basic or Pro)
  • Billing interval (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Who manages billing for this artist

Free trial

Every new artist starts with a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required. The trial banner on the billing page shows when your trial expires and lets you pick a plan before it ends. During the trial, you can explore every feature. When the trial ends, select a plan to continue.

Choosing a plan

The plan picker appears during your trial, after cancellation, or during the grace period. It shows both plans side-by-side:
PlanMonthlyAnnual
Basic$10/month per artist$100/year per artist
Pro$40/month per artist$400/year per artist
Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to switch between billing intervals. Annual billing saves you money — the annual savings are shown on each plan card. See Plans & pricing for a full feature comparison. When you click a plan, you are taken to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details. Promotion codes are accepted at checkout.

Upgrading

If you are on Basic and want to upgrade to Pro:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro on the upgrade card
  3. Complete the Stripe Checkout flow
  4. Pro features are unlocked immediately
The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Managing payment methods and invoices

Click Manage payment methods & invoices to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:
  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • View and download past invoices
  • Update billing information
Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on Roadcase servers.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm in the dialog
After cancellation, you retain full access for a 7-day grace period. During this window, you can resume your subscription at any time without losing data. After the grace period, your artist’s data is preserved but access is restricted until you resubscribe.

Billing permissions

Only administrators and the designated billing user can manage billing. Other team members can view the billing page but cannot make changes. If your artist belongs to an organization, organization members can also access billing when no dedicated billing user is set.
